Kauai Charter Fishing

Kauai fishing and the island of Kauai offer incredible sportfishing.

It does not take long to get to the fishing grounds on Kauai. Just fifteen minutes out, and your working the ledge for wahoos. Once your over a mile out,the water is thousands of feet deep. There is no down time. Blue Marlin can be around all year. Febuary through April, there are good Mahimahi runs. April & May the Wahoo are abundant on the ledge. June through September are the big Yellowfin Tuna months (one hundred to two hundred pounders!) In the winter, we have Striped Marlin & Spearfish. Big Eye Tuna and Skipjacks are also around with smaller Yellowfin. You just never know what your going to catch until you get out there and try your luck.

Fishing on Kauai is easy and fun

In the winter and spring seasons, while fishing you can watch the spectacular whale activity. The humpback whales come every year from Alaska to breed and give birth. The males are competing for the females. There is nothing like seeing an eighty thousand pound, forty foot long mammal completly airborne jumping out of the water. If your lucky, you can see the parents teaching there babies how to swim and jump out of the water. We also have many types of dolphins, Sea birds like the Albatros and frigate bird, Monk seals and sea turtles. You never know what you might see while hunting for that fish pile, then the action begins!

Kauai Fishing Adventure

Your Kauai fishing adventure begins...

On the day of your Kauai fishing charter we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your trip time. This will give everyone a chance to get acquainted while you drink your morning cup a coffee and discuss the types of fish you are interested in catching. Captain Harry will also discuss weather patterns and routes to customize your charter.

Once back at the dock, we will gladly filet and bag some fish for you.

We encourage family fishing. Women and children (10 years or older) are always welcome here at C-Lure Charters. We offer a variety of sport fishing charters; half day, 3/4 day and all day fishing trips. We also offer custom charters. Please contact us for a quote.

Additionally, we can arrange corporate charters with multiple boats if needed.
